Only what you send us yourself: a message, the details in the estimate form, an email or a call. We use them to reply to you, send the estimate and arrange a demo.

The site uses no analytics, tracking scripts or tracking cookies. It sets one functional cookie, aimed-locale-detected, which remembers the language of the site for one year: the first time you open the home page we send you to the language of the country you are visiting from, and the cookie keeps that choice or the language you pick yourself. We read the country from your IP address at the time of the request and do not store it. The cookie holds no personal data. Your browser remembers only a flag, until the end of your visit, that the estimate window was shown, closed or completed. It holds no data and is sent to no one.

The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by writing to privacy@aimed.ba. We keep the data as long as it is needed to reply and to work together, or until you withdraw consent.

To run the site and its forms we use Cloudflare (delivering the site), Vercel (receiving the form), Brevo (email and contacts), Google (email and our internal contact records) and Cal.com (the calendar, only once you open it).

Some of these services are in the US. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the data protection supervisory authority.
