AiMED Dictate processes doctors’ dictation about patients. These are the rules it works by.
Where dictation is processed
We process dictation in the EU and do not store it.
We store clinic and patient data on servers in the EU, with no transfers outside the EEA.
The report stays with you
The report stays in your system and is signed by the doctor.
We do not store medical records: reports, medical histories or imaging.
The doctor decides
We take over the admin, not the decisions: no diagnoses, therapies or doses.
AiMED Dictate writes down what the doctor dictates, in the template the doctor has chosen. The doctor reviews every report, corrects it if needed and signs it.
Contracts and standards
We sign a data processing agreement before the first real data.
100% compliant with the GDPR and the BiH Law on Personal Data Protection.
